I want to caution you when you are doing your research and finding a team to join for BonVoyage1000. Here are some suggestions of what to look for. This will help you when you are evaluating the teams. You want to pick a team that you are going to be comfortable with, and it is also going to help you become successful with BonVoyage1000 down the road.
A. Don’t Let The **Greed Of Others** Ruin Your Own Chances For Success
Is your potential sponsor just trying to make a sale? Or are they really going to help you succeed? Make sure it’s the lateral, or you’ll find yourself floundering.

B. Go With *Experienced* Marketers
Another thing I want you to consider is how many experienced marketers are on your team that you are joining? Are there a lot of them?
With experienced marketers on the team, you can be assured you’ll have support and proven methods to guide your way.
Another super important point to note… With the BonVoyage1000 Compensation Plan, it clearly makes a huge difference what sponsor you choose. Many will hate me for doing this, but I’m letting this *TOP SECRET* strategy OUT OF THE BAG!
It makes ALL the difference who your sponsor is, meaning you can only get spillover from your sponsor and their people. NOT your sponsor’s sponsor. And NOT from anyone else in your upline.
What does that mean? It means that you can get help from your sponsor and their people only and from the downline that you build. And that’s IT! From nobody else. And don’t let anyone else fool you about that. So pick your sponsor carefully! Make sure they are a recruiting machine. Make sure they have tools and coops like the ones reviewed on this blog. Make sure they have a good lead source like I do with this blog and my marketing material.

C. Will You Get The Support You Deserve?
So that is something else to look for and really what is going to make you successful with Bon Voyage 1000 is based upon the support that you are going to get. So not only is it how experienced your sponsor is and the people he/she is recruiting that will determine how much help you are going to get filling that board, it’s about much more than that.
So we want boards and teams that are moving quickly, and we also need support. So make sure that you ask these questions of the team that you are considering.
For example, here are some of the things that we are putting into place. We are putting in a team Skype Group Chat — for our team so that we can all get together and share ideas and experiences with each other on what has worked and what is working. We can get together and mastermind together and help each other get our new members in.
We also have several marketing co-ops available on our team. Here is a summary of our team resources that allow new marketers to succeed. Already an expreienced marketer? –> You will still need systems to plug in your own downline, those newbies that are not a seasoned as you.
1. We also have a CPA co-op that will be open to anyone that wants to participate and get guaranteed CPA leads. And we have a PPC coop being tested and arriving shortly.
2. We do 3-ways calls of the time with our new members. We get on the phone with you and your prospect and we help you close that sale. So you want to look for those things when you are looking for a team to join.
3. We have a group Skype chat, so that you can get to know, communicate and mastermind with your team members.
